Contract Recruiter – North Palm Beach

IDEALLY TEMP TO HIRE - Contract recruiter needed immediately for 6 month contract with PROBABILITY of extension. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing professionals in the POWER and NUCLEAR industry such as engineers, inspectors, construction managers, etc. Call center, admin, hospitality recruiters are not a good match for this job. Develop and implement sound sourcing strategies to locate, contact, track and facilitate the employment of multi-discipline exempt level industry professionals. Work with HR department and using managers to assure that a proper caliber of talent is maintained in an equitable and cost effective manner. Develop and implement programs that ensure a continuous availability of high caliber entry level talent. Interacts effectively with other functions and areas of the company to provide support in meeting their recruiting and placement needs. Acts independently with limited supervision using sound and proactive judgment when making decisions. Constantly seeks opportunities to be creative supporting the sourcing, recruiting and placement needs of the customers while remaining aware of current labor market trends and resources.

"LOCAL" CANDIDATES PREFERRED- NOTE POSITION IS IN JUNO BEACH - PREFERRED ONSITE NOT REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE 2 TIMES PER WEEK). This person must work effectively as a sourcing specialist, familiar with multiple recruiting techniques and strategies. May be asked to generate candidate streams for other recruiters and multiple business units. Submit all qualified candidates with salary/rate requirements
