Contract Recruiter – North Palm Beach

Contract Recruiter needed with expertise in sourcing professionals in the power and nuclear industry for line specialist personnel. Recruiter will be filling approximately 100 line specialist jobs a year. The ideal candidate will have a military, electrical or construction background. Provides advice to managers and supervisors throughout the company on matters relating to corporate employment/selection. Interacts effectively with other areas of the company to provide support in meeting their recruiting and placement needs. Acts independently when making decisions and constantly seeks opportunities to be proactive in supporting the recruiting and placement needs of the customers while remaining aware of current labor market trends and resources. Will be required to travel to Training Methods Center in Miami twice a week.
