CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We have an immediate need for a Contract Recruiter!
Contract recruiter needed immediately for a 3 to 6 month contract with possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing professionals in the power and nuclear industry such as engineers, inspectors, construction managers, etc. Provides advice to managers and supervisors throughout the company on matters relating to corporate employment/selection. Develop and implement employee retention strategies and programs to ensure the proper caliber of talent is maintained in an equitable and cost effective manner. Develop and implement programs that ensure a continuous availability of high caliber entry level talent. Interacts effectively with other functions and areas of the company to provide support in meeting their recruiting and placement needs. Acts independently when making decisions and constantly seeks opportunities to be proactive in supporting the recruiting and placement needs of the customers while remaining aware of current labor market trends and resources. This is a 6 month to 1 year assignment.
